We do not offer refunds for our digital services. Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final once work has started or the service has been delivered.
All of our services are delivered digitally and are accessible online. Once a service is purchased, it will be completed and delivered within the timeline agreed upon between Localvisi Digital and the client. No physical shipping is involved as our services are fully digital.
Since we provide digital services, there is no return process. Once a service has been delivered, it cannot be returned.
